New updates

Midsole

New compound for superior energy return, the new lighter and more reactive "MizunoEnerzylite+" comes into action.
Double layer (the upper one with the new compound, the lower one remains the old compound) with a rigid carbon plate inside for greater energy return.

Sole geometry

The structure of the sole completely changes, a long gap that goes from heel to toe opens up to leave the full-length carbon plate visible and to save a few grams on the weight of the shoe.
The tread maintains the same pattern.

Rocker technology

As in the previous model we find the "SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST" technology dedicated to the rolling of the foot to ensure that it has an efficient push during propulsion.

Upper

Breathable and Cool.
AIRmesh allows each running shoe from Mizuno to maintain a high standard of breathability for the life of the shoe, and allows the foot to stay cool..
Small holes along the entire upper to increase heat dispersion.

What kind of runners do i recommend the shoes

We're talking about what at Mizuno will become the fastest shoe for competitions, for neutral steps, for paces under 3:40m/km, weights up to 70/75kg and distances between 5k and the marathon. Of course, always for runners with good running technique. It's not a shoe for inexperienced runners also due to the "unusual" geometry.

Coming soon to the Mizuno website... stay tuned.
