What kind of runners do I recommend the Vaporfly next%3

We're talking about what at Nike will become the fastest shoe for competitions, for neutral steps, for paces under 3:50m/km, weights up to 70kg and distances between 5k and the marathon. Of course, always for runners with good running technique. It's not a shoe for inexperienced runners.

New updates:

New design for the heel part, loses the foam that sticks to the heel and takes the shape of a wedge again (similar to alphafly next%2)

The upper has completely changed, here comes the Flyknit, a very light mesh that allows ventilation to the whole foot with support in the fundamental parts of the foot (heel and toe) which allow to give a little more stability to the shoe.
A new update also for the sole. We can divide it into 3 parts, in the forefoot part we find a redesigned, lighter rubber that takes up the old waffle-shaped models, in the central part we find a hole that shows the carbon plate while in the heel part there are 2 light layers of rubber to conclude the shoe.
